We've always got a sweet tooth, and one of our favourite desserts other then Tiramisu, is Marshmallow Pie. It's really easy to make and it's a fridge tart so that makes it really quick and easy to make:
Ingredients:
1 Baked pie shell
150g Chopped up Marshmallows
12 Chopped up glace cherries
250ml Fresh Cream
5ml Vanilla Essence
100g crushed pineapple
1 Tin condensed milk
125ml Lemon Juice
Mix lemon juice and condensed milk
Add marshmallows and cherries
Whip cream until stiff, add the vanilla essence and crushed pineapple
Mix everything up and pour into pie shell
Place in fridge to set
Enjoy
